Foley says he was abused by a clergyman as reported by his lawyer in the news. He won't say who the clergy was or what church. It is known that he was Roman Catholic. And now he admits he is gay. Asked why Foley waited to divulge the alleged molestation, Roth replied, "Shame." It is not as clear why he wanted to tell he is gay now.
